Peaceful Panda is intended for use by teachers, educators, and parents. You must be at least 18 years old to use the app or have parental/guardian supervision if younger.

Peaceful Panda grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, educational, or classroom purposes. You may not:

User Responsibilities
By using the App, you agree to:

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peaceful Panda and its creators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. You may also discontinue use of the App at any time by uninstalling it.
